Strength of Body

A good (and necessary) starting point on the path to becoming Man+ is getting in shape.  Though I think just being in shape isn’t really enough, the goal should be getting to the realms of super fit.  Now I don’t intend to spend 20+ hours a week training but I do want the best possible results in the time that I do end up assigning to this area.

To give an outline of the starting conditions I am 5feet 11 inches tall and weigh 192 pounds, and that’s not muscle either (I could probably do with losing 2 stone of fat). I’m not hugely unfit either though, I ran 4 miles this morning in about 35 minutes.  Not great by any means, but the point is I’m not coming at this from an entirely couch potato point of view.  

I need to work out some training plans and some meal/diet plans.  I’ll be posting everything I do training-wise and everything I eat and try to continuously improve.
